No. Hiringhood creates role-specific MatchDay drives each Saturday. You browse open drives, register your role against the right stream, and book a slot — we handle sourcing and evaluation.
Every jobseeker in the pool has cleared a gated three-stage funnel: a proctored aptitude/MCQ assessment, a coding assessment, and a TARA AI interview. You only see jobseekers who passed all three.
You review redacted "passport" profiles with identity masked. When you shortlist a jobseeker, they’re notified and confirm interest — only then are contact details revealed for scheduling. This protects jobseeker privacy.
On your booked Saturday slot. Shortlisting closes 24 hours before the slot, and interviews run in a single time-boxed window that day.
MatchDay is exclusive to Data, AI/ML and GenAI roles — currently Data Analyst, ML Engineer, Data Engineer and GenAI Engineer streams, with more added over time.
Evaluation is done upfront and hiring runs on a fixed weekly cadence, so teams typically reach an offer within about 7 days versus a ~135-day industry average.
